\t\t<\/p>\n Austin Nichols<\/strong><\/a> is teasing the upcoming One Tree Hill reboot!<\/p>\n Back in August 2024, it was revealed that Sophia Bush<\/strong><\/a> and Hilarie Burton<\/strong><\/a> are working with Netflix on developing a reboot of the fan-favorite teen drama series<\/a>, which ran from 2003 to 2012.<\/p>\n If you forgot, the 45-year-old actor joined the show for season six in 2008 and ended up married to Sophia<\/strong>\u2018s character Brooke Davis.<\/p>\n While attending the premiere of his new movie I Know What You Did Last Summer<\/em><\/a> on Monday (July 14), Austin<\/strong> said that he would \u201clove\u201d to return for the reboot and teased a new update.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cI would absolutely love to,\u201d Austin<\/strong> told Deadline<\/a><\/em> about returning. \u201cI spent a lot of years doing that show and fell in love with Wilmington, North Carolina, and made a lot of great friends there. We had a lot of fun. And ultimately, when something still has this kind of excitement around it this many years later, you kinda go, \u2018Oh my god! Yeah, why not make more of it? People still watch it and love it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cSo, I think it could be great. I know that they\u2019re writing scripts, and there\u2019s been some notes and some back and forth. It sounds good.
