Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s son Joseph Baena<\/strong> got candid about his childhood body issues.<\/p>\n Taking to Instagram<\/a> on Tuesday, July 15, to share a funny video about the monotony of gym visits, the actor and real estate agent, 27, offered a more serious take on the topic of fitness in the video\u2019s caption.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople sometimes forget that I used to be chubby in high school. I got cut from my basketball and soccer team because I couldn\u2019t keep up with the other kids,\u201d Joseph wrote. \u201cSwim didn\u2019t have tryouts, thankfully, and completely changed my life forever. That was my introduction to fitness and training. Everyone starts somewhere but starting is the most important.\u201d<\/p>\n Joseph, who learned that Schwarzenegger, 77, was his biological father when he was just 13 years old, was seen in the video hitting a sofa as the text \u201cKind of tired, might skip the gym today,\u201d was shown above him.<\/p>\n \t\t<\/a><\/p>\n \n\t\t\tJoseph Baena is forging careers in entertainment and real estate, and under the right circumstances, the two could intersect. Baena, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, spoke to Us Weekly at the premiere of his new movie Gunner, which stars Luke Hemsworth and Morgan Freeman.
