Nia Sanchez<\/strong><\/a> is hoping to feel good in her clothes again as she debates a mommy makeover.<\/p>\n

During the Tuesday, July 15, episode of The Valley<\/i><\/span><\/a>, the reality star, 35, decided to meet with triple board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Raffi Hovsepian<\/strong> for a consultation.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy No. 1 focus would be my breasts,\u201d she said as husband Danny Booko<\/strong> offered support alongside her. \u201cThey used to be beautiful and perky and great, and now I feel like they are down to my belly button. My next concern is my stomach.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Dr. Raffi acknowledged that she may have \u201cextreme damage\u201d in her breasts after giving birth to three kids, Nia couldn\u2019t help but get emotional. (At the time of filming, Nia and Danny were not expecting their fourth child. A baby girl named Adelaide later arrived<\/span><\/a> in June.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter giving birth, some celebrity moms have decided to treat themselves to a \u201cmommy makeover.\u201d Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry previously opened up about her experience having several surgical procedures \u2014 including a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction \u2014 since giving birth to her seven kids. \u201cI really thought my boobs would bounce back,\u201d Nia said while wiping away tears. \u201cI try not to even look at myself in the mirror that often because I know what they used to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

Danny, 41, replied, \u201cIt\u2019s just insane what your body goes through. I\u2019m just so proud of you. My No. 1 goal is to see you happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before the consultation even began, Danny reminded his wife that she\u2019s a \u201cfricken smoke show.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regardless of the compliments she received, Nia couldn\u2019t help but describe the variety of emotions she was feeling before meeting with a doctor.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to feel good in clothes again,\u201d she said. \u201cWith the right bra, it\u2019s great. But then, I\u2019m at home and I don\u2019t love how I look. I\u2019m nowhere near pre-baby sizes yet.\u201d<\/p>\n
