Since then, he\u2019s shifted his focus to producing and directing documentaries. <\/p>\n Now, Peter<\/strong> is answering whether or not he\u2019s retiring from directing movies. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to Peter<\/strong>, he\u2019s not ready to call himself retired from the world of filmmaking just yet. He spoke to ScreenRant<\/em><\/a> about the future of his film career. <\/p>\n \u201cNo, no. I\u2019m certainly not retired. We are currently working on three different screenplays. I\u2019m at the moment writing three different scripts,\u201d Peter<\/strong> told the publication. <\/p>\n Peter<\/strong> said that he\u2019s currently enjoying making documentaries, but it\u2019s not the only thing he\u2019s been doing in his filmmaking hiatus. <\/p>\n He shared during the interview that currently, his main priority is Colossal, the biosciences company he\u2019s invested in. The company is in the process of trying to bring back an extinct New Zealand bird called the giant moa.<\/p>\n \u201cTo me, de-extincting the moa would be just as exciting, if not more exciting, than any film I could possibly make.
