90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em><\/a> alum Larissa Dos Santos Lima<\/strong> set the record straight on her complete plastic surgery history \u2014 including having knee liposuction and three Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) \u2014 following years of speculation from viewers.<\/p>\n

\u201c[I\u2019ve had] lipo on my knees, thighs, tummy tuck, BBL three times,\u201d Dos Santos Lima, 38, confirmed on the Wednesday, July 10, season premiere of E!\u2019s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI removed [the BBL] and got a butt lift. I got two boob jobs, fat removal, lipo in my chin. And I think that\u2019s it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dos Santos Lima then remembered: \u201cOh, [I got a] nose job! I also got a six-pack, vaser liposuction.\u201d<\/p>\n

The TLC reality star confided in Plastic Surgery Rewind<\/em> host Michelle Visage<\/strong><\/a> that each of her breast implants has 1500ccs of filler, which make it difficult for her to live an active lifestyle.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really would like to go to a pool party with [my] family and don\u2019t be the person [where people wonder], \u2018Oh, what\u2019s she doing here?\u2019\u201d she confessed.<\/p>\n

Hosted by RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race judge Michelle Visage, the show follows nine celebrities and social influencers through a transformative journey of self-discovery at the \u201cRewind Retreat.\u201d Through [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dos Santos Lima added that she takes offense to people assuming she\u2019s \u201ca stripper\u201d simply due to her large implants. Later in the episode, Dos Santos Lima delved into her reasons for getting so many procedures, explaining that she dreamt of looking like Kim Kardashian<\/strong>, Pamela Anderson<\/strong> and Anna Nicole Smith<\/strong> to escape childhood bullying.<\/p>\n

\u201cGrowing up, I was bullied and this really made me feel very sad. Kids are very cruel sometimes. \u2026 People really love beautiful people,\u201d she wistfully pointed out.<\/p>\n

The former 90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em> star said she eventually started to look at cosmetic surgery as a way to extend her time in the limelight, and thus provide for her family. (She originally appeared in the TLC docuseries\u2019 sixth season, in which she moved to the U.S. from Brazil for an ill-fated marriage to Colt Johnson<\/strong>. They divorced in 2019<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI was doing 90 Day<\/em> [when] I got my first surgery,\u201d she remembered. \u201cSo, after I got my boobs and my nose, I think, \u2018Oh it\u2019s amazing.\u2019 Like I won in the lottery. I decided to increase my implants. I make money on OnlyFans and I thought, \u2018Well, bigger boobs is gonna make more money. I thought, \u2018What could go wrong?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Dos Santos Lima is hoping to tone down her appearance with help from Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind<\/em> in order to live a quieter life.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just would like to change completely my lifestyle, go back to running, go to a marathon,\u201d she said. \u201cThese boobs and this six-pack do not belong.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fellow Plastic Surgery Rewind<\/em> guest Kim Zolciak<\/strong> empathized with Dos Santos Lima \u2014 albeit in a less-than-sensitive way, perhaps.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can totally understand what she\u2019s saying because when you do see her, all you see are her boobs,\u201d Zolciak said in a confessional interview. \u201cYou\u2019re not willing to get to know her, understand her. So, I think she just needs to tone it down a little.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shortly after Dos Santos Lima\u2019s season of 90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em> aired, she revealed via social media that viewers were constantly harassing her<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday has been one of the worst days of virtual bullying for me,\u201d she wrote via Instagram in February 2021. \u201cThis [does] not make me afraid, I will still [be] posting my pictures, talking about my procedures and earning my money the way I choose [to] live my life and the way I choose [to] change or not my body.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dos Santos Lima continued, \u201cNever have I received so much hatred, the majority from women. Thank God and God bless America, as the people I have met personally have been welcoming and wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n
