\t\t<\/p>\n Brad Pitt<\/strong><\/a> is demanding private messages amid his ongoing legal battle with ex Angelina Jolie<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n In a new filing related to their Ch\u00e2teau Miraval dispute, the 61-year-old F1<\/em> actor is attempting to depose Alexey Oliynik<\/strong>, who works for Stoli Group, per People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Brad<\/strong> claimed that Alexey<\/strong> had firsthand knowledge of Angelina<\/strong>\u2018s 2021 sale of the French winery the former couple co-owned to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In February 2022, Brad<\/strong> filed a lawsuit alleging that Angelina<\/strong> made the sale despite a prior agreement that neither would do so unless the other person approved. <\/p>\n Angelina <\/strong>responded with a countersuit in September 2022, claiming he\u2019s been \u201cwaging a vindictive war against\u201d her since she filed for divorce in 2016. <\/p>\n In the new document filed in the Superior Court of California, Alexey<\/strong> has refused to turn over relevant documents or appear for a deposition, arguing that he could not be forced to do so as a Switzerland resident.<\/p>\n \u201cThese requests go directly to key allegations about Pitt<\/strong>\u2019s objections to the sale,\u201d Brad<\/strong>\u2018s legal team writes in his filing, and \u201ceasily meet the standard for discoverability given Pitt<\/strong>\u2019s allegations that Jolie<\/strong> acted with malice in selling to Stoli, a counterparty she knew Pitt<\/strong> opposed.\u201d<\/p>\n Angelina<\/strong>\u2018s legal team has said in court documents that Brad<\/strong> refused to buy her out of the winery business because she didn\u2019t want to sign a non-disclosure agreement \u201cdesigned to force her silence about his abuse and cover-up,\u201d referring to a private jet flight in 2016 in which Brad<\/strong> was allegedly verbally and physically abusive with his family.
