Allan Russell thinks it would be ‘selfish’ to masturbate now that he is married to Jana Kramer<\/p>\n
The 44-year-old former professional footballer tied the knot with former One Tree Hill star Jana – with whom he has 19-month-old son Roman in 2024 – and insisted that they have such a “healthy sex life” that he no longer any interest in self-gratification. <\/p>\n
Speaking on his wife’s Whine Down podcast, he explained:” Since I met Jana and we’ve subsequently got married and had a baby and stuff. There’s no point – and I can be really honest in this – where I actually feel like masturbating. We have what I think is a healthy sex life. <\/p>\n
“I love being close to her, making love to her and having those sensual and physical moments. I know it’s going to come, so I’m not ruin it by doing what I need to do selfishly for myself to then diminish or ruin the thing that we have together. So therefore, I just don’t feel like doing it. I would rather have her than go into the bathroom or wherever it is. When I was single, I would masturbate a lot but I don’t feel like it [now].” <\/p>\n
Earlier this year, Jana – who also has Jolie, nine, and six-year-old Jace with ex-husband Mike Caussin – revealed that she and Allan had had a “conversation” regarding the idea of her filming sex scenes.<\/p>\n
\nShe told E! News: “There’s a conversation with every [job] we take. It’s the same thing with his line of work.<\/p>\n
\n“That’s what marriage is\u2014it’s a conversation. It’s not like, \u2018No, you cannot do this.\u2019 I don’t think that\u2019s healthy.<\/p>\n
\n“I\u2019m not going to do something that is wildly taking my clothes off for no reason.<\/p>\n
\n“If it is creatively gonna move the needle and it’s important to me for the role, he is so supportive.<\/p>\n
\nWhat’s more, Jana – who was initially married to Michael Gambino and then to Johnathon Schaech – insisted that her current husband is the reason behind the newfound “confidence” she has in her career.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “I do owe a lot of it to my husband.<\/p>\n
\n“In the past I wouldn’t have focused so much on the work because I was so worried about, \u2018OK, what woman is he cheating on me with?\u2019 I wasn’t able to truly settle and be confident.”<\/p>\n
\nDespite Jana’s comments on her husband, he previously insisted that he would “never” let another man get close to her.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: \u201cThere’s not part of me that will ever, ever, ever allow that, ever, for a man to be that close to you like that.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cNever.\u201d<\/p>\n
