Much like Perplexity\u2019s Comet and <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2025\/06\/11\/the-browser-company-launches-its-ai-first-browser-dia-in-beta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Browser Company\u2019s Dia<\/a>, OpenAI\u2019s browser is said to use AI to rethink how users browse the web. Supposedly, the browser keeps some user interactions inside ChatGPT instead of linking out to websites. Reuters reports that OpenAI\u2019s browser may integrate Operator, the company\u2019s web-browsing AI agent, as a key feature.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OpenAI had <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theinformation.com\/articles\/openai-considers-taking-on-google-with-browser?utm_campaign=Editorial&amp;utm_content=Article&amp;utm_medium=organic_social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;rc=dp0mql\" target=\"_blank\">considered building a browser<\/a> to compete with Google Chrome in 2024, according to The Information.
