Vanderpump Rules<\/em> star Scheana Shay<\/strong><\/a> claims that she had an affair with Eddie Cibrian<\/strong><\/a> back in 2006 when he was still married to Brandi Glanville<\/strong><\/a>, but she says she didn\u2019t know he was married at the time.<\/p>\n The 40-year-old reality star opened up about her alleged relationship with Eddie<\/strong>, now 52, in her upcoming memoir \u201cMy Good Side.\u201d<\/p>\n An excerpt from the memoir was just released by Entertainment Weekly<\/a><\/em> and it details everything that went on between her and Eddie<\/strong>, beginning in 2006 when they met while she worked at a private member\u2019s cigar lounge and restaurant in Beverly Hills.<\/p>\n \u201cI first laid eyes on Eddie Cibrian<\/strong> a few months later, when he stepped off the elevator at the cigar lounge, where he played poker on Tuesday nights. If you were to ask me when I was growing up what my exact type was, to a tee it was Eddie<\/strong>\u2014tall, dark, and handsome, with dimples. The second we made eye contact, he smiled at me with those dimples, and I melted. How could I not? Why would I have thought he was? He never wore a wedding ring, so I assumed he was single,\u201d Scheana <\/strong>said, adding that she did look at Eddie<\/strong>\u2018s IMDb page and only recognized one movie he was in. <\/p>\n Scheana <\/strong>added, \u201cTo be clear, Eddie <\/strong>wasn\u2019t my boyfriend (at least not exclusively). But we did start a physical relationship at the end of 2006, which was a weekly booty call. After his Tuesday night poker games, and when my shift ended, we would go out together with our friends to get drinks, and then he would come back to my house, where we would hook up. Eddie <\/strong>would then go home, and I\u2019d go back to my life for the rest of the week. In hindsight, it was pretty brazen of him to be fully out in public with a bunch of single women while his wife and child were at home.\u201d<\/p>\n She claims that she was spotted in public with Eddie <\/strong>and he made it seem like \u201cno big deal\u201d when paparazzi photographed them together.<\/p>\n \u201cThe frightening thing is that I totally thought I could end up with Eddie<\/strong>; he looked how I\u2019d always imagined my future husband would, and he treated me well. But I wasn\u2019t trying to settle down at the age of twenty-one, and I was keeping my options open and dating other people,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n Scheana <\/strong>ended up dating Jesse Metcalfe<\/strong><\/a>, but she went back to Eddie<\/strong> when that relationship ended. <\/p>\n \u201cI fell right back into regularly hanging with Eddie<\/strong>\u2014at which point it became more serious than our weekly poker-night hookup. So much so that when I was moving apartments, Eddie came to help me and met most of my friends and even my mother. His best friend also joined us with his son, who was a toddler at the time. We were literally intertwining our families and the people closest to us,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Someone eventually approached Scheana<\/strong> at work and told her that Eddie <\/strong>was married.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t believe it (or maybe I didn\u2019t want to believe it) because I was wild about Eddie. And, again, we were out together all the time in public, so I didn\u2019t feel like some secret mistress! Still, I was freaking out and had a massive pit in my stomach. As predicted, Eddie <\/strong>showed up and, immediately, he could tell that my energy was off,\u201d Scheana <\/strong>wrote in the book.<\/p>\n Scheana<\/strong> eventually asked Eddie<\/strong> if he was married and he allegedly had a surprising response.<\/p>\n \u201cEddie <\/strong>acted like he didn\u2019t understand exactly what I was getting at, so I posed the question straightforwardly. And his answer was \u2018No, that\u2019s insane. Why would you ask me that?\u2019 It was gaslighting in its most basic form. Yet, I trusted him, so we continued hanging out,\u201d she wrote in the book.<\/p>\n Eddie <\/strong>eventually divorced Brandi <\/strong>and married LeAnn Rimes<\/strong><\/a>.
