\t\t<\/p>\n Cassie<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s attorney is making moves in the ongoing Diddy<\/strong><\/a> trial.<\/p>\n The 38-year-old singer\u2019s attorney Doug Wigdor<\/strong> submitted a letter asking the court to deny the 55-year-old music mogul\u2019s release, according to the reporters in the courthouse, via NBC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n In the letter, the attorney referenced part of the Bail Reform Act to say that detention is \u201cmandatory\u201d after convictions on the Mann Act charges. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The defense ultimately won three acquittals on Wednesday (July 2), with the jury saying Diddy<\/strong> was only guilty of the Mann Act transportation of his former girlfriends, Cassie<\/strong> and \u201cJane<\/strong>.\u201d He was ultimately found not guilty of running a criminal enterprise and the two counts of sex trafficking.<\/p>\n He added that Cassie<\/strong> \u201cbelieves that Mr. Combs<\/strong> is likely to pose a danger to the victims who testified in this case, including herself, as well as to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n
