In a recent TikTok upload, the 19-year-old daughter of Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler delved into her \u201csevere\u201d health anxiety, including the \u201creal and scary\u201d symptoms she often experiences.<\/p>\n

Some days it feels like I\u2019m sinking, stuck in a fight-or-flight state I can\u2019t escape,\u201d Barker said in this candid video.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy symptoms are real and scary: dizziness, head pressure, eye floaters, light sensitivity, derealization, and extreme fatigue.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have low iron, I can\u2019t drive, I avoid cars, and I miss out on normal things people don\u2019t even think twice about. Even when doctors say I\u2019m okay, I don\u2019t feel okay.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sharing this because health anxiety is invisible,\u201d she said. \u201cBut very real and no one should feel alone in it, this is something I felt was important to share we are all in this together!\u201d<\/p>\n
The young star\u2019s video included images and clips of herself in the hospital\u2026 including footage of her checking her vitals on pulse oximeters. It was also set to a TikTok audio of a poem about anxiety penned by user Josie Balka.<\/p>\n
The poem reads in part:<\/p>\n
\u201cAnxiety and I do everything together. That sounds better than saying I do everything with anxiety, but I do everything.<\/em><\/p>\nWe wake up and go to sleep together. We think everyone hates us together. I hate us together. Anxiety and I do everything together. We\u2019re roommates. We live together. Although some days it doesn\u2019t feel much like living. In August 2023, the rapper shared a TikTok in which she trashed body-shaming trolls, taking specia; aim at a slate of unflattering paparazzi images released at the time. <\/p>\n
Barker then addressed her weight gain, saying she\u2019d been diagnosed with a \u201cthyroid problem and an autoimmune disease.\u201d<\/p>\n
