Abby Lee Miller<\/a><\/span><\/strong> can\u2019t deny the affection between JoJo Siwa<\/span><\/a><\/strong> and Chris Hughes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is smitten,\u201d Miller, 59, exclusively shared with Us Weekly<\/i> at the 10th anniversary event of \u201cJuicy Scoop With Heather McDonald<\/span><\/a>\u201d on Wednesday, June 25. \u201cI was with the two of them together. We were doing a thing for the opening of Universal Orlando\u2019s new theme park, Epic Universe, and oh my god! She reminded me of me with a young, hot guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The <\/i>Dance Moms<\/i><\/span><\/a> star recalled her former student \u201cbatting her eyelashes\u201d and \u201clooking over her shoulder at him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s hilarious. I think it\u2019s adorable,\u201d Miller added at STK Steakhouse in Westwood, California. \u201cHe seems just as taken with her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Siwa, 22, and Hughes, 32, met on the U.K. reality show Celebrity Big Brother<\/i><\/span><\/a> in April. During their time in the Big Brother<\/i> house, the pair developed a strong friendship and bond.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t until June when Siwa confirmed her romance<\/span><\/a> with the former Love Island UK contestant.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

While the \u201cBoomerang\u201d singer \u2014 who now identifies as queer after previously identifying as a lesbian \u2014 faced some questions from fans about her sexuality, Miller said her longtime friend has never cared about what other people think of her.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what I always say? JoJo is laughing all the way to the bank. She doesn\u2019t care,\u201d Miller said. \u201cI think that\u2019s one thing I taught her that was very valuable. When you are in the limelight and you are an artist \u2014 whether dancer, singer, sculptor, painter, whatever \u2014 and you put your heart on a plate and someone is going to stab it with a fork, you have to love it more than anything in the world, and you have to be more proud of what you\u2019re doing that it doesn\u2019t matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Siwa met the dance instructor when she was 9 years old and appeared in Abby\u2019s Ultimate Dance Competition <\/i>before starring in Dance Moms<\/i>.<\/p>\n
