While her husband, a school teacher, tries to uncover the truth of his wife\u2019s accident, more dark secrets are revealed that test their marriage. <\/p>\n Kate<\/strong> was cast to play the lead role of the surgeon but Deadline<\/em> reports that creative differences have lead to her departure from the series.
