\t\t<\/p>\n Alden Ehrenreich<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s character in the new Marvel series Ironheart<\/strong><\/a><\/em> has finally been unveiled!<\/p>\n The 35-year-old actor\u2019s character was unknown<\/a> up until the show debuted the first three episodes on Disney+<\/strong><\/a> on Tuesday night (June 24). <\/p>\n He previously teased<\/a> he was someone the MCU has \u201ckind of\u201d seen before, and it was believed he was a shady arms dealer or underground contact connected to Riri\u2019s rise. Now, we know who he is!<\/p>\n Warning: Spoilers ahead.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Within the first three episodes, it was revealed that Alden<\/strong> plays Joe McGillicuddy, who is a \u201cmeek, fellow tech genius,\u201d per TV Line<\/a><\/em>, who helped Riri (Dominique Thorne<\/strong><\/a>) with her inventions and \u201ciron suit\u201d upgrades. <\/p>\n It is also revealed that Joe\u2019s real name is actually Ezekiel \u201cZeke\u201d Stane, who is the son of Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges<\/strong><\/a>), the villain in the first Iron Man<\/em> movie, aka the start of the MCU!<\/p>\n He had to share his identity with Riri early on after she accidentally dropped a ziplock with his father\u2019s ashes in it. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a gem of a \u2018hanging chad\u2019 in the Obadiah Stane story,\u201d Chinaka Hodge<\/strong>, head writer on Ironheart<\/em>, told TV Line<\/a><\/em>. \u201cOne of the best things about the MCU is how things connect, but I think so many of the throws have been forward or to other MCUs or alternate universes, and it\u2019s so much fun to reach back.\u201d<\/p>\n
