I test a lot of cookware for my job, which means I have a lot <\/em>of pieces of kitchen gear<\/a> strewn around my apartment. Not just my kitchen, either \u2014 I\u2019m talking about on top of shelves, under the bed, and in closets, much to my girlfriend\u2019s chagrin. That\u2019s why I was so excited to find a do-it-all pan that I (actually) like in The Everything Pan<\/a> from Kilne.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n This multipurpose pan<\/a> replaces up to nine pieces of cookware, saving you space and money, especially if you\u2019re moving into a new place or are just starting your cookware collection. With The Everything Pan, you can fry, saut\u00e9, sear, simmer, roast, bake, boil, broil, and more. Produced in Italy and made using Kilne\u2019s patented long-lasting nonstick coating, the pan is both easy to clean and lightweight. It\u2019s also free from all PFAs (including PTFEs, PFOAs, nickel, and heavy metals), and comes with a gorgeous matte finish. The 11-inch diameter and 2.75-quart capacity is perfect for 1-2 people, and the multiple color options fit any and all aesthetics. (Personally, Sage was my favorite.) It\u2019s so pretty, in fact, I hardly ever put it in the cabinet, because it essentially functions as a piece of kitchen decor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n I love this thing for a few reasons \u2014 the first being the self-basting lid. It has a pretty tight fit, and because of the dimples on the underside of the lid, the steam that gets trapped in the pan condensed at localized points, forming droplets that fall evenly back onto whatever you\u2019re cooking, which keeps your food moist and your cooktop free of drips. It\u2019s also perfect for braising because its relatively high walls allow you to add liquid to meals and finish them in the oven. While a lot of the all-in-one pans on the market tend to overpromise and underdeliver, this one<\/a> has been a total culinary killer so far.
