Tammy Hembrow<\/strong><\/a> and her husband Matt Zukowski<\/strong><\/a> have split.<\/p>\n The 31-year-old Australian fitness influencer and the 29-year-old model and Love Island Australia<\/em> TV personality have called it quits after seven months of marriage, she confirmed in a TikTok Video.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cI know a lot of you have been following my journey, so I wanted to be open about it.\u201d<\/p>\n S\u201cI don\u2019t want to get into details, and I\u2019m not one to try and bring anyone down. I just want to be sensitive to everyone involved. I don\u2019t want to talk about anyone other than myself, to be honest. Did I think this would happen? No. Did I want this? No. Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it\u2019s going to be forever. I blame no one but myself,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI feel like I\u2019ve made not the best choices when it comes to relationships,\u201d she went on to say. \u201cI feel, like, I\u2019m really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or getting swept up in it all. Obviously, the worst part is that I have kids. I don\u2019t care about me. I know I\u2019ll be OK, but I feel awful [for them].\u201d<\/p>\n The couple met online and got married in November 2024. She shares children Wolf<\/strong>, 9, and Saskia<\/strong>, 8, with ex Reece Hawkins<\/strong>, and daughter Posy<\/strong>, 2, with ex Matt Poole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is my first marriage FYI [and] nothing anyone could say could make me feel, like, more s*** that I already do,\u201d she added in the video. \u201c[Or] like, more humiliated. \u2026 End of the day, I know this is what needs to happen and there\u2019s no other option.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI want to focus on my kids and focus on healing and all the good things in my life,\u201d she said. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot. I just want to say thank you to everyone [who has been] really kind and supportive. I swear I\u2019ve been feeling good. I think talking about it makes me cry.\u201d<\/p>\n She\u2019s also had \u201clife-changing\u201d therapy since.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel, like, there\u2019s been periods of my life where I\u2019ve gone to therapy, and I never stuck with it,\u201d she said. \u201cThis whole experience has made me feel, like, I still have a lot of growing to do [and] a lot of work to do \u2014 but I\u2019m giving myself grace, or I\u2019m trying to. There\u2019s a lesson in everything, and hopefully, this time I learn it and am more cautious going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n Matt<\/strong> also issued a statement on social media.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,\u201d he wrote via his Instagram Stories. \u201cBoth of us have struggled with making this decision. However, we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children.\u201d<\/p>\n He went on to say: \u201cThis wasn\u2019t a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten.
