Australian fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow<\/strong> and her husband, Matt Zukowski<\/strong>, have called it quits<\/a> after seven months of marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce,\u201d Hembrow, 31, said in a Saturday, June 21, TikTok<\/a> video, while wiping away tears. \u201cI know a lot of you have been following my journey, so I wanted to be open about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI don\u2019t want to get into details, and I\u2019m not one to try and bring anyone down. I just want to be sensitive to everyone involved. I don\u2019t want to talk about anyone other than myself, to be honest. Did I think this would happen? No. Did I want this? No. Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it\u2019s going to be forever. I blame no one but myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hembrow met Zukowski, 29, online and got married in November 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t2025 kicked off with a slew of celebrity breakups. Two months after first sparking split rumors, Jessica Simpson announced that she and Eric Johnson had called it quits after 10 years of marriage. \u201cEric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,\u201d she told Us Weekly in a January 13 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI feel like I\u2019ve made not the best choices when it comes to relationships,\u201d Hembrow tearfully added on Saturday. \u201cI feel, like, I\u2019m really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or getting swept up in it all. Obviously, the worst part is that I have kids. I don\u2019t care about me. I know I\u2019ll be OK, but I feel awful [for them].\u201d<\/p>\n

Hembrow is a mother of three<\/a>. She shares children Wolf, 9, and Saskia, 8, with ex Reece Hawkins<\/strong>, and daughter Posy, 2, with ex Matt Poole.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is my first marriage FYI [and] nothing anyone could say could make me feel, like, more s***\u00a0 that I already do,\u201d Hembrow said. \u201c[Or] like, more humiliated. \u2026 End of the day, I know this is what needs to happen<\/a> and there\u2019s no other option.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hembrow \u201cdidn\u2019t want to get too into\u201d the details about what went wrong in her marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to focus on my kids and focus on healing and all the good things in my life,\u201d she stated. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot. I just want to say thank you to everyone [who has been] really kind and supportive. I swear I\u2019ve been feeling good. I think talking about it makes me cry.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hembrow has been working with a therapist<\/a> since the separation, calling the sessions \u201clife-changing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel, like, there\u2019s been periods of my life where I\u2019ve gone to therapy, and I never stuck with it,\u201d the YouTube star said. \u201cThis whole experience has made me feel, like, I still have a lot of growing to do [and] a lot of work to do \u2014 but I\u2019m giving myself grace, or I\u2019m trying to. There\u2019s a lesson in everything, and hopefully, this time I learn it and am more cautious going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
