\t\t<\/p>\n Jennifer Aniston<\/strong><\/a> is getting honest about her work-life balance.<\/p>\n The 56-year-old The Morning Show<\/em> actress recently spoke out about her career, as well as balancing it with her personal life.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m a bit of a workaholic, so I\u2019m forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work,\u201d she revealed to People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s so critical, I know, but I\u2019m not good at it,\u201d she continued to explain amid launching her new campaign with Smartwater.<\/p>\n \u201cOur work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you\u2019re just working so much that you don\u2019t have any wonderful life experiences,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n She also revealed how she plans for a better balance between work and personal life.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it\u2019s like, \u2018I\u2019m away forever. But call me in December, I\u2019ll be back,\u2019 \u201d she went on to say, laughing.<\/p>\n As far as a perfect day in her life, Jennifer<\/strong> says it \u201clooks like a blank schedule \u2014 there\u2019s not one thing on it. That\u2019s a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s a lot that we need to not focus on, because it\u2019s so awful and ugly,\u201d she says of life\u2019s not-so-great moments. <\/p>\n \u201cSo we need to also remember to focus on the beauty and the positivity that\u2019s also existing in our world right now.\u201d<\/p>\n She also revealed what\u2019s left on her career bucket list.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
