Teddi Mellencamp has a new boyfriend<\/p>\n
\nThe 43-year-old TV star has tried to keep the identity of her new man under wraps, but Teddi has offered an insight into their burgeoning romance.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking on the Diamonds in the Rough podcast, Teddi shared: “I\u2019ve had to make it clear to people I\u2019ve dated [that] this is where I am. This is what I\u2019ve got.<\/p>\n
\n“If it\u2019s enough for you, great. If it\u2019s not enough, I won\u2019t be upset. I mean, yes, my feelings will probably be hurting, but this is all I got to give. And if that\u2019s enough, great.”<\/p>\n
\nTeddi then shared some details about their relationship, revealing that her boyfriend has been a really supportive influence in her life.<\/p>\n
\nThe reality TV star – who has Slate, 12, Cruz, ten, and Dove, five, with her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave – said: “He is really sweet and kind.<\/p>\n
\n“He came and picked us up this week from the show, and he could tell that I was down. He sat and watched, like, one million hours of horse show rounds. He\u2019s just a good guy. I know I deserve it, and it\u2019s really nice.”<\/p>\n
\nTeddi is battling stage four cancer but previously revealed that her tumours had all either “shrunk or disappeared”.<\/p>\n
\nDespite this, Teddi would understand if her boyfriend got cold feet about their romance.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “If for some reason you realise you need somebody that doesn\u2019t have three kids, 1 million activities to do, 87 podcasts, you want more time than I\u2019m able to give? I understand.<\/p>\n
\n“I would not be mad at you for not even a second. He\u2019s like, \u2018I am willing to do anything to be able to spend time with you.\u2019”<\/p>\n
\nTeddi previously explained that she wants to keep her boyfriend’s identity a secret because he’s a “private person”.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking on her Two Ts In a Pod podcast, which she co-hosts with Tamra Judge, Teddi said: “I\u2019m dating somebody. <\/p>\n
\n“He\u2019s very kind to me, he\u2019s taking good care of me. He\u2019s nice \u2026 he\u2019s not married, he doesn\u2019t have any kids. But he\u2019s also a private person.”<\/p>\n
