Lauryn Hill<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>brought the crowd to their knees while closing out the final evening of\u00a0American Express Presents Carbone Beach<\/b>\u00a0on Sunday, May 7. After yet another exceptional evening of opulence, the Grammy-winning artist took the stage for a rare surprise performance, and the event was packed with stars in the crowd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The American Express Presents Carbone Beach event returned for its second year during F1 Miami and proved to be nothing short of utter extravagance. The four-night Supper Club popped up on the sands of Miami Beach from Thursday, May 4, through Sunday, May 7, and was as over-the-top as the star-studded crowd it attracted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Each night, the evening began with a lavish cocktail hour featuring drinks by\u00a0Lobos Tequila, Belvedere Vodka\u00a0<\/b>and bubbles by\u00a0Dom Perignon,<\/b>\u00a0along with the event\u2019s signature 2,500-pound ice sculpture filled to the brim with caviar and other delicacies. Following the cocktail reception, guests were led to their dining tables where they enjoyed an extravagant four-course meal, which was curated by Chef Mario Carbone himself, serving signature dishes from his highly lauded Italian eatery. As soon as dinner commenced, the Supper Club ambiance transformed the energy in the room in preparation for the nightly surprise performers to take the stage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the first night, Major Food Group and American Express kicked off their race week celebrations with a special surprise performance by the legendary icon,\u00a0Diana Ross<\/b>. Guests swooned over her epic performance where she belted out hits, such as \u201cI\u2019m Coming Out,\u201d \u201cYou Can\u2019t Hurry Love\u201d and \u201cBaby Love.\u201d Celebrities in attendance that evening included:\u00a0Future, Evan Ross, Alix Earle, Victor Cruz, Brendan Fallis\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Drew Taggart<\/a>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

For the second day, famed rapper\u00a0Diddy<\/b>\u00a0made his surprise grand entrance on stage rapping to his popular throwback hit \u201cVictory.\u201d His mom was seen standing by the stage, showing her undeniable support as guests including\u00a0Venus Williams<\/b>,\u00a0Stefon Diggs\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Jen Selter\u00a0<\/b>were seen dancing and rapping along. After performing some more of his top hits, including \u201cBad Boys for Life,\u201d \u201cI Need a Girl,\u201d \u201cBeen Around the World,\u201d \u201cDiddy\u201d and \u201cAll About the Benjamins,\u201d Diddy announced that he wasn\u2019t the only surprise of the evening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSomebody coming to the stage from Brooklyn, New York,\u201d Diddy proclaimed on stage before bringing out friend and fellow rapper,\u00a0Fabolous.\u00a0<\/b>Together they performed\u00a0 \u201cMake me Better\u201d and \u201cSay Aah\u201d just before the third surprise guest got on stage:\u00a0Busta Rhymes<\/b>, who\u00a0hyped up the crowd singing \u201cPass the Courvoisier,\u201d \u201cPut Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See Them\u201d and \u201cLook at Me Now.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Before closing out the night\u2019s epic performance, Diddy jumped onto the central dining table where all guests surrounded him as he sang \u201cMo Money, Mo Problems\u201d while doing his signature Diddy Bop with a fellow guest who decided to jump on the table and start dancing with him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That evening, several A-listers were spotted in the crowd, including\u00a0Madelyn Cline<\/a>, Lukas Gage, Chris Appleton, Luis Fonsi, Mike Tyson, Madison Bailey<\/a>, Angelo Baque, Nigel Sylvester, Damson Idris, Tommy\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Karreuche Tran, Mimi Cuttrell, Evan Ross, Lindsey Vonn<\/a>, Mason Gooding, Larsa Pippen<\/a>, Marcus Jordan, Mariah Linney, Amenah Soares, Maverick Carter, Emma Powell,\u00a0<\/b>designer\u00a0Ronny Kobo, Dak Prescott, Nicole Tuck, June Ambrose<\/b>, and\u00a0Maryna Linchuk.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The third evening saw billionaires and all-star athletes descend on American Express Presents Carbone Beach. Power business couples\u00a0Jeff Bezos<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Lauren Sanchez<\/b>,\u00a0Ivanka Trump<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Jared Kushner<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Nick<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Jenna Arison<\/b>\u00a0were all seen cozying up together during the evening. Additional attendees included\u00a0Sam Nazarian, Vito Schnabel, Harvey Spevak,\u00a0<\/b>Mayor\u00a0Francis Suarez, Ken Griffin, Marcelo Claure, Stephen Ross\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Tom Garfinkel.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

After dinner, guests were treated to a surprise performance by\u00a0Gipsy Kings,<\/b>\u00a0who performed chart-topping hits like \u201cBambelo,\u201d \u201cVolare\u201d and their version of The Eagles\u2019 \u201cHotel California.\u201d Immediately following their Miami HEAT victorious playoff game,\u00a0Jimmy Butler, Max Strus,\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Gabe Vincent<\/b>\u00a0came by to celebrate their win and congratulate the Major Food Group team on another successful night of their four-night Supper Club. The group took over their own table in the back of the venue, and\u00a0Lindsey Vonn\u00a0<\/b>and her boyfriend,\u00a0Diego Osorio<\/b>,\u00a0Corey Gamble\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Mario Carbone\u00a0<\/b>joined before ending the night.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, for the fourth evening, Major Food Group hosted the final night closing out their race week celebrations with a bang. The star-studded crowd included\u00a0LL Cool J\u00a0<\/b>and his wife,\u00a0Simone Smith, Larsa Pippen\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Marcus Jordan, Lisa Hochstein\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Jody Glidden, Mike Tyson, Gary Vaynerchuk, Brandon Marshall, Steve Stout, Brooklyn Beckham\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Nicola Peltz, RD Whittington, John Marley, Nicole Tuck, Lindsey Vonn, Nelson Peltz\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<\/b>wife\u00a0Claudia Heffner Peltz<\/b>,\u00a0Kellyanne Conway, Richard \u201cRip\u201d Hamilton, Karrueche Tran,\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Major Food Group cofounder\u00a0Jeff Zalaznick\u00a0<\/b>and wife\u00a0Ali Zalaznick,\u00a0<\/b>Major Food Group cofounder\u00a0Mario Carbone,\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<\/b>Major Food Group COO\u00a0Will Nazar<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ending the full event was Hill, who gave a surprise special performance. Attendees went wild as Hill belted out her hits, such as \u201cReady or Not,\u201d \u201cThat Thing,\u201d \u201cDoo Wop,\u201d \u201cKilling Me Softly\u201d and more. Hill, who had many family members in the crowd to watch her performance, invited her son Josh up for a special moment where she praised his talent and treated guests to his own unique rendition of her hit song \u201cMr. Intentional.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
