\t\t<\/p>\n David Corenswet<\/strong><\/a> is traveling the world right now for his Superman<\/strong><\/a><\/em> press tour<\/a>!<\/p>\n The 31-year-old actor was joined by co-star Rachel Brosnahan<\/strong><\/a> and director James Gunn<\/strong><\/a> for a press conference on Friday (June 20) in Manila, Philippines.<\/p>\n In a new interview, David <\/strong>opened up about preparing for the role while his wife Julia Best Warner<\/strong><\/a> was pregnant with their first child.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cShe told me that she was pregnant two days after I found out I was going to screen test for Superman,\u201d David <\/strong>told People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cFor the first several months of her pregnancy, as is sort of protocol, we weren\u2019t telling anybody. We had these two quite huge secrets that we just had between the two of us. And that was intense.\u201d <\/p>\n David <\/strong>and Julia <\/strong>ended up having the same weight gain!<\/p>\n \u201cShe gained about 40 pounds while she was pregnant and in the same period I gained about 40 pounds gaining weight for Superman,\u201d he said. \u201cI started snoring and had to use her pregnancy pillow.\u201d <\/p>\n David <\/strong>recently revealed how he met his wife<\/a>!<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
