\t\t<\/p>\n Nezza<\/strong><\/a> is facing backlash after her recent performance at Dodgers Stadium.<\/p>\n On Saturday (June 14), the 32-year-old singer-songwriter of Colombian-Dominican descent was invited to sing the \u201cStar Spangled Banner\u201d at the Los Angeles Dodgers game.<\/p>\n Despite being advised not to, Nezza <\/strong>performed the National Anthem in Spanish<\/a> in out of solidarity with the immigrant families who have been targeted by recent ICE raids in L.A.<\/p>\n In a new interview, Nezza<\/strong> said that she was told that she is no longer \u201cwelcome\u201d at the stadium following her performance.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cAs I was walking back out, we received a call, and they were like, \u2018Don\u2019t ever email us again,\u2019\u201d Nezza<\/strong> told Variety<\/a><\/em>. \u201c\u2018Don\u2019t ever call us again. Your clients are never welcome here ever again.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n Nezza<\/strong>\u2018s claims directly contradict what the Dodgers previously said about her performance.<\/p>\n \u201cThere were no consequences or hard feelings from the Dodgers regarding her performance,\u201d a spokesperson for the Dodgers told Variety<\/a><\/em>. \u201cShe was not asked to leave.
