Bethenny Frankel<\/strong><\/a> knew the polka dot bikini she wore in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit<\/em> fashion show was going to change her life.<\/p>\n

Frankel, 54, exclusively opened up to Us Weekly<\/em> about the swimsuits she wore while walking in the publication\u2019s fashion show during Miami Swim Week in May. Ahead of walking down the runway in a hot pink and black spotted Toxic Sadie scoop-neck top and G-string bottoms, Frankel told Us<\/em> she tried on the number just \u201cfor fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI had a point of view about what I wanted,\u201d the Real Housewives of New York City<\/em> alum told Us<\/em> while promoting her partnership with Heluva Good! \u201cI said, \u2018I don\u2019t want to wear a backyard bathing suit. I wanted to find things that came alive [when] I put them on.\u201d After initially trying swimsuits on and choosing what she was going to rock, she and SI Swimsuits\u2019 stylists were \u201cplaying around\u201d when they handed her what looked like \u201ca piece of string.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou could hear them outside [the changing room] laughing,\u201d she recalled. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Yeah, just for fun.\u2019\u201d After she slipped into the bikini, Frankel knew the design would \u201cchange [her] life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Frankel, 54, exclusively told Us Weekly that Behar, 82, \u201chas not\u201d apologized to her after making a remark about her breasts on The View earlier this month. \u201cI walked out and they were like, \u2018Wait.\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Is something happening here?\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018I guess I\u2019m showing my ass.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Frankel ended up wearing the polka dot G-string on the catwalk, making her go viral on social media for her toned figure and sexy style.<\/p>\n

The show may be over, but Frankel is still hoping she can keep the Toxic Sadie design, along with the cheeky leopard-print Norma Kamali one-piece she wore.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually am waiting for my one-piece and I would like to keep the polka dot [set], too,\u201d she told Us<\/em>, joking, \u201cWho else is going to wear it? It\u2019s been in my vagina. Maybe I want to sell \u2019em on eBay.\u201d<\/p>\n
