A long time coming? Tom Schwartz<\/strong><\/a> hinted at seeing cracks within Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> and Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s relationship before their split amid his affair with Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n During the Wednesday, May 10, episode of Vanderpump Rules<\/a>,<\/em> the TomTom co-owners, both 40, continued preparations for the opening of their Schwartz & Sandy\u2019s restaurant<\/a>. As they lamented over the lengthy process, Sandoval told his BFF<\/a> that he wanted to \u201cgo somewhere really cool with Ariana.\u201d<\/p>\n The Minnesota native went on to ask whether Sandoval and his then-girlfriend<\/a> were in an \u201cOK\u201d place. \u201cYeah. I mean, I feel like sometimes just, like, my very presence annoys her,\u201d Sandoval replied with a sigh.<\/p>\n Schwartz \u2014 who finalized his divorce<\/a> from Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> in October 2022 \u2014 sat with his pal\u2019s response before chiming in. \u201cIt just seems like it speaks to maybe a bigger issue,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n He continued to give his two cents in a confessional, telling the cameras, \u201cYou never know what\u2019s going on behind closed doors, but based off what I\u2019ve seen, they just seem like they\u2019ve devolved into roommates<\/a>, you know? [I\u2019m] seeing a lack of intimacy when they hang out, they don\u2019t really, like, acknowledge each other. It\u2019s not looking good.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandoval later claimed to his business partner that Ariana didn\u2019t \u201cgo out of [her] way to do things\u201d<\/a> for him and their home. \u201cAnd it f\u2013king hurts me after a while,\u201d he added. \u201cI just feel like, at times, that she doesn\u2019t [like me].\u201d<\/p>\n Schwartz subsequently encouraged the musician to \u201caddress\u201d his concerns before \u201cthey magnify over time.\u201d<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in March<\/a> that the Fancy AF Cocktails<\/em> coauthors \u2014 who began dating in 2014 \u2014 called it quits after Sandoval\u2019s affair with Raquel<\/a>, 28, was uncovered. He and the beauty queen issued public apologies to Ariana for their behavior as production continued on season 10<\/a> of Pump Rules<\/em>.<\/p>\n As more details about the cheating scandal emerged, Lala Kent<\/strong>, Scheana Shay<\/strong> and more cast members<\/a> began to parse Sandoval\u2019s friendship with Raquel<\/a> for clues about their romance. Schwartz, meanwhile, had his own fling with the California native during the season \u2014 but she denied in a March interview<\/a> that Schwartz was helping her and Sandoval cover up their affair.<\/p>\n One month later, Schwartz gave fans insight into how much he really knew before the scandal made headlines. \u201cI learned about the affair in August,\u201d he claimed on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a>, noting that the duo had a \u201cone night stand\u201d before their \u201cemotional affair.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cIn January, [Tom] came to me and told me that he was in love with Raquel. \u2026 Tom kind of got flagrant. He was brazen after he told me he was in love.
