Jax Taylor<\/strong><\/a> claimed he and Brittany Cartwright<\/strong><\/a> will officially be divorced before summer comes to an end.<\/p>\n

Jax, 45, told viewers during his Tuesday, June 17, appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a> that \u201cthe plan\u201d is for the pair\u2019s divorce to be finalized on July 21. The Valley<\/em><\/a> star also offered an update on his coparenting relationship with Brittany, 36, as they raise 4-year-old son Cruz.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see Cruz two to three times a week. Brittany and I, obviously, we have different schedules. We have kind of crazy schedules. It\u2019s like, I\u2019ll take him for a couple of days, [she\u2019ll] take him for a couple of days,\u201d Jax continued. \u201cThat part\u2019s been really good, I can\u2019t complain about that. Hopefully, it stays like that for now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brittany filed for divorce<\/a> from Jax in August 2024 after five years of marriage. His update on the status of their split comes after Brittany appeared on an episode of the \u201cGive Them Lala\u201d podcast last month, telling host Lala Kent<\/strong> that her and Jax\u2019s divorce \u201cwill be final any day, hopefully.\u201d<\/p>\n

During his WWHL<\/em> appearance on Tuesday, Jax also admitted to being \u201cutterly embarrassed\u201d<\/a> by his recent ups and downs, which were chronicled on season 2 of Bravo\u2019s The Valley<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, I want to apologize to everybody who\u2019s watching this right now,\u201d Jax said during his talk show appearance. \u201cIt\u2019s just, the stuff that was shown is pretty triggering to a lot of people, and you know, I\u2019m watching it back. I watch the episodes now \u2026 which is a first.\u201d<\/p>\n

Host Andy Cohen told Jax that he received messages \u201cfrom people that are, just, even mad that you\u2019re here\u201d on the show and think he \u201cshouldn\u2019t be given this platform.\u201d Jax seemed to understand viewers\u2019 frustrations.<\/p>\n
