\nThe 31-year-old singer has recently sparked concern among fans over his erratic social media posts, but he has seemingly addressed their comment in order to ask people to stop urging him to “heal” and admitted he is “exhausted” with having to think about himself all the time.<\/p>\n
\nHe wrote: \u201cPeople keep telling me to heal.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cDon\u2019t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I\u2019m broken. I know I have anger issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focussed on myself I am.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cJesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly I\u2019m exhausted with thinking about myself lately aren\u2019t you?\u201d <\/p>\n
\nHis post came after Justin shared a message exchange with a friend, in which he fumed he would be cutting off for good after they seemingly criticised his actions.<\/p>\n
\nIn a screenshot of the text exchange, he wrote: \u201cI would never suppress my emotions for someone. Conflict is a part of relationship. If you don\u2019t like my anger, you don\u2019t like me.<\/p>\n
\n“My anger is a response to pain I have been thru.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAsking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean. (sic)”.<\/p>\n
\nThe unnamed pal insisted they could “see and feel” Justin’s anger.<\/p>\n
\nThey replied: \u201cI\u2019m not used to someone lashing out at me.<\/p>\n
\n“It\u2019s not that I don\u2019t see and feel your anger.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe Believe hitmaker then declared he was ending their friendship and insisted he “didn’t need” the other person in his life.<\/p>\n
\nHe wrote: \u201cOuch. This friendship is officially over. I will never accept a man calling my anger lashing out. I enjoyed our short-lived relationship.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI wasn\u2019t kidding when I told u I didn\u2019t need u as a friend. I have good friends who will respect these boundaries. I thought u were a p**** which is why I always kept my distance but I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. This confirms u were the p**** I always thought u were.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHe then sent a middle finger emoji before his texting partner questioned: “I’m a p****?”<\/p>\n
\nJustin replied: \u201cBlocking u now.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe Love Yourself hitmaker – who has nine-month-old son Jack with wife Hailey Bieber – later shared a video on his Instagram Story in which he shook his head.<\/p>\n
\nIt was captioned: \u201cHow I feel about u.”<\/p>\n
