Mason Thames<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about his relationship with Mckenna Grace<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The 17-year-old How To Train Your Dragon <\/em>star and the 18-year-old actress are set to co-star in the upcoming movie adaptation of Colleen Hoover<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cRegretting You.\u201d<\/p>\n In a new interview promoting HTTYD<\/em>, Mason<\/strong> addressed the speculation around their relationship, the viral TikTok video of them kissing and what it\u2019s like working with her. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t really know what to expect, but it was really funny. I had a lot of friends text me. It was hilarious,\u201d he told Seventeen<\/a><\/em> about the TikTok. \u201cShe was like, \u2018This is a TikTok\u2014do you wanna do it?\u2019 And I was like \u2018Yeah, let\u2019s!\u2019 And we posted it, and then\u2026Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n On so many people speculating about their relationship, Mason<\/strong> shared, \u201cIt is strange. But I\u2019ve always sort of been off the internet. I\u2019ve always kind of kept everything to myself and been very personal. Having people speculate so much, especially having mutual friends texting me and asking\u2026it\u2019s wild. I\u2019m still not used to it.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked about how they\u2019ve bonded off set, the actor said they hang out all the time. <\/p>\n \u201cNot too long ago, we went to the aquarium and just walked around. She has an aquarium playlist in her AirPods. So she had one in her ear, and I had one in mine while we looked at sharks.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cShe is such an incredible actress. It\u2019s insane to watch her,\u201d Mason<\/strong> gushed about McKenna<\/strong>. \u201cShe is one of the most driven people I\u2019ve ever met in my life. Every day I\u2019m on set with her, I just want to be as good as Mckenna<\/strong>. She\u2019s such a sweet person, and getting to do this movie with her is so cool.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHonestly, Mckenna<\/strong> is one of the funniest people I\u2019ve ever met. She\u2019ll just says some stuff, and it catches me so off guard,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n In Regretting You<\/em>, Mckenna<\/strong> will star as Clara Grant, the daughter to Allison Williams<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 Morgan Grant, and Mason<\/strong> will play her love interest Miller Adams. <\/p>\n The movie tells the story of \u201ca shocking car wreck that takes the lives of two family members.
