Billy Bush<\/strong><\/a> is coming to longtime friend Scott Wolf<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s defense amid his recent split from wife Kelley Wolf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI know both Kelley and Scott very, very well. Scott is truly one of my best friends,\u201d the TV host, 53, said in a video uploaded to Instagram on Friday, June 13, noting that the pair recently spent time together watching the Masters and going to a soccer game with their children.<\/p>\n Bush continued: \u201cI can tell you this, there is zero truth to anything abusive by Scott. He is the kindest, sweetest person. He is all of that and more.\u201d<\/p>\n While Bush has a strong friendship with Scott, he is also close to Kelley, 48, and said he\u2019d recently spoken to her as well.<\/p>\n \u201cKelly is getting the help she needs. I talked to her myself one on one personally,\u201d he said. \u201cShe\u2019s got excellent parents, they\u2019re on it. She\u2019s a beautiful person and so is Scott.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier on Friday, Kelley raised concern when she was posted an Instagram video of her seemingly being detained by police<\/a>. The clip, in which Kelley alleged, \u201cI think Scott Wolf is abusing me,\u201d showed her being handcuffed by law enforcement.<\/p>\n In a follow up post hours later, Kelley claimed that she was \u201ctaken against [her] will.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis is horrible,\u201d she wrote on her Instagram Stories, sharing an image of what appeared to be a police holding room. \u201cPlease check in on my kids. Also \u2026 I am happy! Happier than I have ever been. I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA.\u201d<\/p>\n Utah County, Utah law enforcement later confirmed that Kelley had been taken to a hospital.<\/p>\n \u201cDeputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help,\u201d read a statement to People<\/em><\/a> on Friday. \u201cUpon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies. For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.\u201d<\/p>\n
