Kristin Cavallari<\/strong><\/a><\/span> is discovering that her podcast tour will inevitably include a lot of highs and some emotional lows.<\/p>\n

During the Wednesday, June 11, episode of Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour<\/i><\/span><\/a>, Kristin, 38, was visibly upset after some of her exes made awkward comments during her shows.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, it\u2019s so triggering because every guy in my life, including my own f***ing dad, has done this s*** to me,\u201d she said. \u201cEveryone is so f***ing insecure. I\u2019m over it. I\u2019m going to get an IV.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the June 4 episode of Honestly Cavallari<\/i>, Kristin felt uncomfortable after her Laguna Beach<\/i> costar Talan Torriero<\/strong> made some jokes at her expense<\/span><\/a>. In this week\u2019s show, her first boyfriend \u2014<\/b> simply referred to as Johnny<\/strong> \u2014<\/b> accused her of hooking up with other classmates.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think because my dad is a narcissist<\/a>, he always made me feel like I wasn\u2019t good enough and for so many years, I was attracted to similar types of men who were emotionally unavailable,\u201d Kristin said in a confessional interview. \u201c[At the shows] in Chicago, it all hit me like a ton of bricks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/i> has reached out to Kristin\u2019s dad for comment on the episode and her characterization.<\/p>\n

While Kristin may have come off as a confident young adult who didn\u2019t tolerate BS on Laguna Beach<\/i><\/span><\/a> and The Hills<\/i><\/span><\/a>, the reality star admitted that she wasn\u2019t as strong as the cameras portrayed.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s crazy because everyone thought I was so confident growing up, but really, I was insecure,\u201d she said. \u201cI was actually in survival mode. Had I really loved myself, I wouldn\u2019t t have put up with a lot of the bulls*** I did. I\u2019m going to be really serious about who I let into my life from now on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Today, Kristin remains single as she focuses on a variety of projects, including her \u201cLet\u2019s Be Honest\u201d podcast and Uncommon James jewelry and beauty businesses.<\/p>\n

When exes do make questionable comments, Kristin said it reminds her of how she\u2019s changed for the better.<\/p>\n
