The exes purchased the property in 2011 for $880,000.<\/span><\/p>\nThe couple filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. They\u2019ve engaged in a contentious war of words throughout their split, especially concerning their financial situation<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cI\u2019m the one who pays all the bills. All the kids\u2019 clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food,\u201d Zolciak claimed to TMZ<\/span><\/a> in September 2024. \u201cHe has not paid a bill in that house.
