JoJo Siwa<\/strong><\/a> is sharing more details about her newfound romance with Celebrity Big Brother UK<\/em><\/a> castmate Chris Hughes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a beautiful journey,\u201d Siwa, 22, said on the Friday, June 6, episode of the \u201cRosebud With Gyles Brandreth\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t know how the universe [aligned] for Chris to come into my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Siwa and Hughes, 32, met on the U.K. reality show<\/a> in April and quickly forged a strong bond in the Big Brother house. At the time, she recalled, \u201cI wasn\u2019t looking to fall for him. He wasn\u2019t looking to fall for me. We just were having so much fun together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were having a laugh together. Whenever one of us was down. It was the other one of us that helped,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThings are heating up between JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes. The couple met while they were both contestants on the U.K.\u2019s Celebrity Big Brother in April 2025. Viewers started to speculate that the duo were becoming more than just friends while the show was airing. However, Siwa continually denied that her relationship with Hughes was [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It wasn\u2019t until after she left the Big Brother house and broke up with ex-partner Kath Ebbs<\/strong><\/a> that Siwa realized her feelings for Hughes may be more than just platonic.<\/p>\n

After leaving the reality show, Siwa said, \u201cI knew all these realizations [about] my life \u2026 things that I wasn\u2019t happy and things that I was being OK with that I should never have been OK with.\u201d<\/p>\n

Siwa said that \u201cover a little bit of time, I realized that I started to feel something for Christopher that I never intended to, but I couldn\u2019t not feel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Hughes felt the same way and the new couple recently went public<\/a> with their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe word serendipity is Christopher and I\u2019s favorite word now,\u201d Siwa told host Gyles Brandreth<\/strong>. \u201cIf you read the definition of it, it\u2019s essentially finding love when you\u2019re least looking for it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Siwa said she and Hughes came across their new favorite word while watching the U.K. version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?<\/em><\/p>\n
