I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period. I just wanted to be open and share it.\u201d <\/p>\n She noted she wanted to share the news with fans as she doesn\u2019t talk about it enough and hasn\u2019t processed it because \u201cI\u2019m working so hard.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI also know who much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support, and also their own stories,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt breaks my heart that so many people are going through so much, similar and worse. That\u2019s the bit that kills me.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt wasn\u2019t something I planned, but yeah. I\u2019m getting to keep my nipples. That\u2019s good. It\u2019s a weird topic and a weird situation\u2026 To get diagnosed with this as I\u2019m putting out a song called \u2018No Secret\u2019 right before, a song called \u2018Living My Best Life,\u2019 which was all pre-planned before I found out about this.
