Jax Taylor<\/a><\/span><\/strong> appears ready to own up to some of his bad behavior.<\/p>\n

During the Tuesday, June 3, episode of The Valley<\/i><\/span><\/a>, the reality star took a break from working on himself at an in-patient treatment facility to check in with costar Jason Caperna<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so tired of anger. I\u2019m so tired of yelling,\u201d Jax, 45, shared before acknowledging some mistakes with his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. \u201cI also pushed her away. I pushed her away and I didn\u2019t even f***ing see it. I didn\u2019t even realize what I was doing. I\u2019ve gotten away with it for so long that I found this to be acceptable behavior and it\u2019s obviously not.\u201d<\/p>\n

A montage of clips began to play where Jax was not speaking to Brittany, 36, in a respectful manner.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBrittany Cartwright has some thoughts on ex-husband Jax Taylor\u2019s decision to enter rehab. \u201cI think if his job wasn\u2019t on the line, he wouldn\u2019t have went [to rehab],\u201d Brittany, 36, said during her Thursday, April 24, appearance on the \u201cMisSpelling\u201d podcast. \u201cOn the show, he\u2019s like, \u2018I\u2019m going to miss out on a lot of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to Jax, entering a treatment facility was a big \u201cwakeup call.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI wish I was held more accountable,\u201d he told Jason, 41, while holding back tears. \u201cI wish Brittany would have left me a long time ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

In August 2024, Brittany filed for divorce<\/span><\/a> from Jax after five years of marriage. The couple share son, Cruz, 4, who was recently diagnosed with autism<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The candid phone call left both Jason and his wife, Janet Caperna<\/strong>, hopeful that the former Vanderpump Rules<\/i><\/span><\/a> star was ready to change some of his behavior moving forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m hearing an acknowledgement from Jax that he realizes his behavior was inappropriate and has been inappropriate for awhile,\u201d Janet, 40, shared in a confessional interview. \u201cIt\u2019s a good start, and I\u2019m hopeful it\u2019s the beginning of change. We\u2019ll see what happens from here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jason added, \u201cThis is the first time where I have talked to you and you\u2019ve taken accountability for things and not said, \u2018I messed up but\u2026\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Later on in the show, however, Brittany expressed doubts that the treatment facility really was having a positive impact on her estranged husband.<\/p>\n
