The Series E fundraise included investors such as ARK Invest, Founders Fund, Sequoia Capital, and Thrive Capital, among others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neuralink last raised a $280 million Series D funding round in 2023, with <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2023\/11\/25\/neuralink-elon-musks-brain-implant-startup-quietly-raises-an-additional-43m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an additional $43 million tranche<\/a> added months later. Since then, Neuralink\u2019s brain chip technology has made some significant leaps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company says it has now conducted more human clinical trials, implanting its brain chips in five individuals with severe paralysis.
