\t\t<\/p>\n Jason Sudeikis<\/strong><\/a> is mourning the death of his uncle George Wendt<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n George<\/strong>, who played Norm Peterson in the hit NBC sitcom Cheers<\/em> from 1982-1993, passed away last month<\/a> at the age of 76. Now, his nephew is fondly remembering him after his death. <\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s as fun and kind and as warm as any character he played on television or in films. I mean, there\u2019s that old saying of like, \u2018Don\u2019t meet your heroes,\u2019 usually because \u2018they let you down,\u2019 I assume, is the back half of that statement.
