Amid the campaign, the <em>Mean Girls<\/em> actress dished on all the ways she emphasizes fitness and wellness. <em>Life &amp; Style<\/em> breaks down everything Lindsay has said about skincare, her workouts, dieting and more.\n<\/p>\n<h2>What Is Lindsay Lohan\u2019s Skincare Routine?<\/h2>\n<p>Lindsay opened up about her skincare routine in an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elle.com\/culture\/movies-tv\/a64842054\/lindsay-lohan-freakier-friday-interview-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Elle<\/em><\/a>, revealing that she\u2019s \u201ccrazy about [her] skin and health.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI drink this juice every morning. It\u2019s like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water. I\u2019m a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything. My skin care is very specific. I\u2019m trying out some serums now that I\u2019m doing \u2014 I\u2019m testing them,\u201d she explained. \u201cAlso, I\u2019m a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up. I drink lemon juice a lot; I also put tons of chia seeds in my water. Eye patches, I do every morning. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/posts\/lindsay-lohan-is-tight-lipped-amid-plastic-surgery-speculation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I\u2019m into lasers<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lindsay explained that her skin changed and became more sensitive after she had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/posts\/lindsay-lohans-kids-meet-children-with-husband-bader-shammas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her son, Luai<\/a>, with husband <strong>Bader Shammas<\/strong> in 2023. She \u201cdid blood tests\u201d to find out her allergies and changed her routine accordingly.<\/p>\n<h2>What Is Lindsay Lohan\u2019s Fitness Routine?<\/h2>\n<p>In the Old Navy commercial, Lindsay could be seen wearing a red workout set and leg warmers as she instructed a Jane Fonda-esque aerobics class. While this isn\u2019t the type of exercise Lindsay typically goes for, she does work out regularly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love Pilates, and I mix it with a little CrossFit,\u201d she told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bustle.com\/wellness\/lindsay-lohan-wellness-fitness-routine-old-navy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Bustle<\/em><\/a>. \u201cDepending on what I want to focus on, sometimes my trainer is tougher on me \u2014 which I like, but I\u2019ll be like, \u2018Oh, I have to leave early today.\u2019 [Laughs.] She\u2019s like, \u2018No you don\u2019t.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cBut I love Pilates because it\u2019s gentle but effective, and I prefer that. And strength training is important, because especially with age, you need to build strength more than anything. Rodriguez\/Getty Images for CinemaCon<\/span><\/figcaption><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text-credit\"><span class=\"caption\"><\/p>\n<p> Lindsay Lohan<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lindsay said that exercise has become more important to her over the years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel like exercise wasn\u2019t such a big thing in our generation \u2014 health and wellness weren\u2019t as big as they are now,\u201d she added. \u201cBut with time and as you age, you realize the importance of it and how great you feel, and I value that. I crave those endorphins, and I want to be able to keep up with my children. I don\u2019t make excuses about it \u2014 it\u2019s just become a ritual.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Lindsay Lohan Shares Her Favorite Meals and Snacks<\/h2>\n<p>Lindsay opened up about her diet in an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatingwell.com\/lindsay-lohan-favorite-snacks-interview-11738417\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>EatingWell<\/em><\/a> while promoting her May 2025 tea campaign with Pure Leaf.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing her favorite snacks, the Parent Trap star said, \u201cI love these little gluten-free thin crackers that I have. They\u2019re just little circles and they\u2019re really yummy. I always keep nuts with me just because it\u2019s good for energy if I\u2019m really hungry and on the go. Usually, it\u2019s my son\u2019s snacks that are in my bag, so sometimes I\u2019ll have to have those. Luckily, he likes chips now, so we can share those. Mainly, I just keep mints with me if I\u2019m just running out on my own.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, she said she \u201calways has a good go-to pasta\u201d for dinner, or \u201ca grilled chicken with a lemon sauce is always nice, and some rice or orzo is refreshing and filling.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Describing what \u201ceating well\u201d meant to her, Lindsay explained that it \u201cisn\u2019t about filling up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI like to eat something where I still feel light after. I can have a huge salad with a bunch of different variations of proteins in it, but I don\u2019t feel too full after. I don\u2019t feel like I need to take a nap,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd also, I think the company that you eat with, you also eat well when you\u2019re surrounded by people that you love and friends that you can laugh with, that also means eating well to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Lindsay Lohan Emphasizes Wellness in Other Ways<\/h2>\n<p>Lindsay told <em>Bustle<\/em> that she also emphasizes self-care by doing \u201cbreathwork and mindful meditation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it\u2019s really important to ground myself before I start to get on a busy schedule,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Before she goes to bed, she likes to put on an eye mask and listen to white noise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I think the most important thing is a clear mind. I put my phone down an hour before I go to sleep,\u201d she explained. \u201cWell, to be honest, it\u2019s more like a half hour.
