Welcome to Wrexham<\/em><\/a> had a very special guest in the locker room during this week\u2019s episode \u2014 and he brought those signature Magic Mike<\/em><\/a> moves.<\/p>\n

Channing Tatum<\/strong><\/a> accompanied Ryan Reynolds<\/strong><\/a> to a Wrexham AFC soccer (football in Wales) game during the Thursday, May 29, episode of the FX docuseries.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just doing my usual match routine and Ryan walks in, and he\u2019s brought another friend with him,\u201d Wrexham midfielder Elliot Lee<\/strong> recalled. \u201cFrom minute one, it was like we were just having banter like he was one of the lads and [we were] joking around.\u201d<\/p>\n

The athletes played Ginuwine\u2019s \u201cPony\u201d \u2014 a song made famous by Tatum in 2012\u2019s Magic Mike<\/em> \u2014 when the actors walked into the locker room. Tatum, being a good sport, started dancing to the song \u2014 much to the enjoyment of all the players.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tChanning Tatum knows he scored an unforgettable trip to Wales with Ryan Reynolds. \u201cCaffeine and dancing aside, that trip to Wrexham was something I\u2019ll never forget,\u201d Tatum, 44, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, February 9. \u201cWhat Ryan Reynolds @vancityreynolds and @robmcelhenney have done for the community in Wrexham is magic. I spent a few days [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Reynolds, 48, told the team, \u201cHe will drink you under the table,\u201d when walking Tatum around the room. \u201cI\u2019m not actually even joking,\u201d Reynolds added.<\/p>\n

Lee noted that meeting stars like Tatum in the locker room is \u201cdifferent\u201d from any other team. \u201cIt\u2019s just part of Wrexham,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Tatum attended the game with Reynolds after meeting the players. Even though Wrexham tied Cambridge United, Tatum still got a chance to go out with the boys.<\/p>\n

\u201cRyan was scheduled to leave straight after the Cambridge match but we heard that Channing was shooting a commercial with us on Monday, so we knew he was staying around the town,\u201d Lee said. \u201cObviously, it being my 30th birthday party that night, we took the opportunity to invite Channing to the bash.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lee teased that it was \u201ca great night\u201d but didn\u2019t offer any specific details. He did say it would \u201clive long in the memory,\u201d however.<\/p>\n

Tatum teamed up with Wrexham to film a ST\u014dK Cold Brew Coffee\u2019s Super Bowl LIX<\/a> commercial. (The coffee brand is a Wrexham team sponsor.)<\/p>\n

In the ad, Tatum teaches the soccer team how to have better \u201ccelebration dances\u201d using the cold brew. By the end of the commercial, everyone is dancing to the 1990 hit \u201cGonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)\u201d by C+C Music Factory.<\/p>\n

\u201cChanning Tatum is actually magic, though,\u201d Reynolds gushed in his confessional. \u201cWay back in 2006 \u2014 almost 20 years ago \u2014 he danced in a movie. He\u2019s 26 years old and people were like, \u2018This kid can dance.\u2019 So, he made a bunch more movies including a couple about a certain magic Mike, maybe you\u2019ve heard of them?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRyan Reynolds had a jam-packed weekend in Wales with some of his best mates, including Channing Tatum, as his soccer club Wrexham AFC took on Cambridge United. The actor, 48, and Tatum, 44, took in the match on Saturday, December 14, alongside other pals including It Ends With Us star Brandon Sklenar and Green Day [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Reynolds continued, \u201cNow, he\u2019s almost 45. I mean, [the dancing is] all him. No wires, no CGI. Just entirely made of magic. He\u2019s boneless, he had no bones! Talk about built to last. You can\u2019t dance like that in your 40s.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reynolds also offered some insight into Tatum\u2019s mysterious night out with the Wrexham players.<\/p>\n
