\t\t<\/p>\n Scott Porter<\/strong><\/a> is weighing in on the upcoming Friday Night Lights<\/strong><\/a><\/em> reboot.<\/p>\n Back in November 2024, it was announced that a revival of the popular NBC football drama series is in the works<\/a>.<\/p>\n While promoting the new season of Ginny & Georgia<\/em>, Scott<\/strong>, 45, admitted he has mixed feelings about possibly playing Jason Street again.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cFor me, Jason won at the end of the series of Friday Night Lights<\/em>,\u201d Scott<\/strong> told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>. \u201cHe\u2019s a sports agent. He\u2019s in New York. He\u2019s working in a field that he loves with a family.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cFor somebody that suffered a catastrophic injury like him, for somebody who is coming out of a town like Dillon, a lot of them are trying to get out of Dillon and break the cycle and Jason did that almost better than anyone,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n However, Scott <\/strong>noted that he isn\u2019t ruling anything out yet.<\/p>\n \u201cI would love to come back \u2014 of course \u2014 but only if it really fits the story that they are trying to tell,\u201d Scott<\/strong> explained. \u201cI have nothing but trust and love for [executive producer] Peter Berg and [showrunner] Jason Katims and the whole creative team that\u2019s coming back. If they ask then 100 percent but if not, I\u2019m so satisfied with the way Jason\u2019s story ended.\u201d<\/p>\n
