Steve Burton<\/strong><\/a> is being accused of harassing his ex-wife Sheree Gustin<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n The 54-year-old General Hospital<\/em> actor\u2019s ex has made the accusation that he has messaged her too much over custody of their youngest child, Brooklyn<\/strong>, who is a minor.<\/p>\n This comes after Steve<\/strong> has also accused Sheree<\/strong> of making it hard for him to have visitation with their daughter, even though they have shared custody. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIn the past few months, [Steve<\/strong>] has started to message me and accuse me of parental alienation if he cannot get ahold of Brooklyn,\u201d Sheree<\/strong> alleges in new documents obtained by In Touch<\/a><\/em>. \u201cHis messages are almost daily and are harassing.\u201d<\/p>\n In response to Sheree<\/strong>\u2018s filing, Steve<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer Sarah C Clark<\/strong> told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>, \u201cSteve maintains that Sheree<\/strong>\u2019s allegations are categorically false. He has, and will continue to, act in the best interests of the parties\u2019 daughter, Brooklyn<\/strong>, which includes ensuring there is frequent and continuing contact with both parents.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOn May 12, 2025, the Court heard the evidence loud and clear and granted Steve<\/strong> additional custodial time with Brooklyn <\/strong>that Sheree<\/strong> was unwilling to provide,\u201d the lawyer\u2019s statement continued. <\/p>\n Previously, Steve <\/strong>filed a claim alleging Sheree<\/strong> was making it difficult for him to see their daughter, and took issue with his relationship with his new wife, Michelle Lundstrom<\/strong><\/a>, whom he married earlier this month. <\/p>\n \u201cSheree<\/strong> has seemingly forgotten how our family ended up in this situation. It was Sheree who had an extramarital affair, became pregnant with another man\u2019s child and immediately moved him into her home after our separation, without informing me she would be doing so,\u201d he said, via In Touch<\/em>. <\/p>\n \u201cEarly on in my relationship with Michelle<\/strong>, Sheree<\/strong> began to refuse to call Michelle<\/strong> by her name and instead referred to her as \u2018the girl\u2019 in an effort to downplay her role in my life,\u201d Steve<\/strong> continued. \u201cIn one text message exchange, Sheree <\/strong>stated, in part, as follows, \u2018Michelle<\/strong> is not your family or our kids\u2019 family lol. She is your girlfriend.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSheree<\/strong> made it clear to me that she did not want Brooklyn<\/strong> to spend time with me if Michelle<\/strong> or her daughters were present,\u201d he said. \u201cWhen Michelle and her daughters were in town Sheree<\/strong> would make it difficult for me to exercise custodial time with Brooklyn<\/strong> when I was in California. All of my requests were met with resistance. Sheree<\/strong> would tell me my requested time did not work or they were busy, despite providing her with ample notice.\u201d<\/p>\n Steve<\/strong> first filed for divorce<\/a> in July 2022 after 20 years together, and just a few months after announcing they were separated<\/a> and she was pregnant with another man\u2019s child. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
