Indie R&B artist JMSN has dropped the first single from his upcoming album.<\/p>\n
While his back catalog is predominantly r&b adjacent, he has dabbled in grungy rock tunes from time to time (most notably on his last album “Soft Spot”).<\/p>\n

I wasn’t aware of him until he had a viral moment with his “Soft Spot” song and video last year. I checked that whole album, and it’s sooo good! Despite being full of different genres and styles of music, all 9 tracks mix well together and it sounds like a cohesive album.
Went down the rabbit hole of older material, too. His older work is a lot of r&b material. The video for this post is definitely not the best example of him as an artist, if you never heard his music before.<\/i><\/p>\n
