{"id":170231,"date":"2025-05-24T06:11:12","date_gmt":"2025-05-24T06:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/05\/24\/duchess-catherines-brother-opens-up-about-unique-bond\/"},"modified":"2025-05-24T06:11:12","modified_gmt":"2025-05-24T06:11:12","slug":"duchess-catherines-brother-opens-up-about-unique-bond","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/05\/24\/duchess-catherines-brother-opens-up-about-unique-bond\/","title":{"rendered":"Duchess Catherine&#8217;s brother opens up about unique bond"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"byline\">\n<p>        <time itemprop=\"datePublished\" content=\"2025-05-24\" datetime=\"1748067072\" pubdate=\"\">24 May 2025<\/time>\n    <\/p>\n<p>The Princess of Wales\u2019 brother has opened up about their unique bond.<\/p>\n<p>                            <\/p>\n<p class=\"image-caption landscape\">Duchess Catherine&#8217;s brother opens up about unique bond<\/p>\n<p>James Middleton, 38 \u2013 who has been open about his mental health issues &#8211; explained he has always relied on his family, including big sister <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/duchess-catherine\/\" class=\"exposure-link \" data-linktrack=\"LinkTracker,articleExposure,duchess-catherine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Duchess Catherine<\/a>, 43, to help him cope.<\/p>\n<p>He told The Mirror: \u201cI&#8217;m incredibly fortunate to have my two sisters, not just as siblings, but as friends.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey&#8217;ve seen me at my best and at my lowest, and they&#8217;ve always been there when I&#8217;ve needed them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSibling love is something unique, you can&#8217;t choose your siblings, it can be complicated, it takes work, but when it&#8217;s strong, I believe it&#8217;s one of the most powerful bonds there is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nSpeaking about his family, he went on: \u201cThey\u2019ve always been emotionally open, expressive, and in tune with the people around them, and I think being surrounded by that kind of emotional intelligence rubbed off on me, even if I didn\u2019t fully know it at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cLooking back, I think it gave me permission, in a way, to feel things more deeply and to name those feelings when they came up.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cThat doesn\u2019t mean I always found it easy.
