Nicola Peltz\u2019s<\/strong> <\/a>billionaire parents, Nelson <\/strong>and Claudia,<\/strong><\/a> are being sued by their former housekeeper, who is alleging their pit bull caused her injuries in multiple dog attacks.<\/p>\n

According to a Page Six<\/em> report<\/a> published on Friday, May 23, the Peltz\u2019s ex-housekeeper, Mileydis Morejon<\/strong>, is suing for $75,000.<\/p>\n

Per the outlet, documents show that Morejon claimed the \u201cvicious\u201d and \u201cuntrained\u201d family dog<\/a> Houdini attacked her several times in 2023 in the family\u2019s $100 million Florida mansion.<\/p>\n

In the documents, Morejon claimed the pit bull \u201cripped\u201d her clothes in one incident, while in another incident, Morejon \u201cfell to the ground attempting to escape\u201d after the dog reportedly\u00a0 \u201clunged at and attempted to attack the Plaintiff,\u201d per the Page Six<\/em> report. In one incident, Morejon claims she was forced to try to defend herself with a vacuum.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet, Morejon described Houdini as having a \u201cvicious nature\u201d and \u201cvicious disposition,\u201d as well as \u201ca propensity to attack\/or attempt attacks which was known or should have been known by defendants.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the lawsuit, which was filed in December 2024, Morejon is accusing her former employers Nelson, 82, and Claudia, 70, of \u201cnegligence,\u201d and is claiming she suffered \u201cphysical and mental pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement,\u201d as well as \u201cmental anguish.\u201d The plaintiff is also claiming to have suffered loss of earnings and a loss of \u201ccapacity for the enjoyment of life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Per Page Six<\/em>, Morejon also cited hospital and medical bills in the lawsuit due the alleged injuries caused by the dog attacks.<\/p>\n

Nelson and Claudia denied negligence in the case, and filed a response in May 2025, reported the publication.<\/p>\n

The response claimed that it is \u201cundisputed\u201d that Morejon \u201cdid not suffer from a dog bite\u201d and alleged that the former housekeeper did not come into physical contact with the dog, and therefore should \u201cnot be entitled to recover compensation\u201d due to the alleged incidents.<\/p>\n

According to Page Six,<\/em> Nelson also claimed that as the housekeeper, Morejon \u201cinteracted\u201d with, \u201croutinely encountered,\u201d and \u201ccleaned up after\u201d Houdini and because of this, could have adjusted to its behavior.<\/p>\n
