Get ready for a music-filled Memorial Day because the 2025 American Music Awards<\/a> are back, and they\u2019re bigger than ever. After the success of last year\u2019s record-breaking 50th anniversary special, the fan-favorite award show returns with an all-new location, a stacked lineup of performers, and some major firsts you won\u2019t want to miss.<\/p>\n Hosted by Jennifer Lopez<\/strong><\/a>, the 51st AMAs will air live coast to coast on Monday, May 26, at 8:00 PM ET \/ 5:00 PM PT on CBS and will also stream live in the U.S. on Paramount+.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s everything we know so far about this year\u2019s can\u2019t-miss celebration.\n<\/p>\n Jennifer Lopez<\/p>\n <\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n Jennifer is pulling double duty as this year\u2019s host and one of the night\u2019s featured performers. But she\u2019s far from the only one lighting up the stage.<\/p>\n The night will also include performances by some of music\u2019s biggest names, including Rod Stewart<\/strong>, who\u2019s receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award, plus Janet Jackson<\/strong>, who will be honored with the prestigious ICON Award. The show, taking place during Military Appreciation Month, will feature two moving performances and a special award honoring a celebrity who uses their platform to support the veteran community. Expect to see heartfelt stories woven into the show that shine a light on service, sacrifice, and resilience.<\/p>\n The AMAs are known for their epic guest list, and this year is no exception.
