22 May 2025<\/time>\n <\/p>\nErin Andrews’ surrogate has suffered a miscarriage.<\/p>\n <\/p>\nErin Andrews’ surrogate has suffered a miscarriage<\/p>\n\nThe 47-year-old broadcaster hadn’t publicly revealed she and husband Jarret Stoll were expecting a sibling for two-year-old son Mack but felt compelled to speak out about the tragic news because she wants to be “honest” with people.<\/p>\n\nSpeaking on her ‘Calm Down with Erin and Charissa’ podcast on Thursday (22.05.25), she said: “We got some real s***** news today that our surrogate had miscarried. So I have dealt with this before, but things were going really, really well. <\/p>\n\n“And her little heartbeat and her numbers were really good \u2014 so much so I even told you guys a couple weeks ago because we thought we had such good news. “<\/p>\n\nSpeaking to producer Ryan Musick, she added: “But Ryan, you did such a bang-up job with this podcast today. I\u2019ve been trying really hard to pay attention, I\u2019ve just been tearing up the whole time and trying to stay focused.<\/p>\n\n“But I\u2019m also really really good at suppressing my feelings and work really helps me with that.<\/p>\n\n“Been sitting here thinking about Taylor Swift\u2019s song, ‘I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.’ I\u2019m really good at doing this s*** with a broken heart.”<\/p>\n\nErin noted Ryan had offered to postpone the podcast recording if she didn’t feel up to it, but she felt it was important to keep going.<\/p>\n\nShe said: “I think I kinda made a promise to myself that when I was really open with how s***** infertility has been and our journey with two surrogates, because we did lose\u2026we had loss with our first surrogate and then luckily with our second one, we had Mack, that I was just going to be honest with people.<\/p>\n\n“But like I said when I was first dealing with all these infertility issues and loss that I just wanted to let other people know that we\u2019re dealing with them that I get it and I understand. And I\u2019m going to do that again.<\/p>\n\n “This really, really sucks but so many people are dealing with it so if you feel alone and you feel like a failure, I do too. But you\u2019re not the only one.”<\/p>\n\nErin thinks she is currently going through the “hardest part” of the journey but will be “good” again eventually.<\/p>\n\nShe said: “I just wanted to be open with people and be like, \u2018This sucks.\u2019 And today, this really does. It makes you really realise when I have my little boy, and today he was throwing a fit royale with us, it\u2019s like, you know what? It doesn\u2019t matter.<\/p>\n\n“We\u2019ll be good.
