The Voice<\/em><\/a> season 27 has crowned its winner! After two hours of musical performances and special guest appearances during the finale on May 20, 2025, host Carson Daly<\/strong> called the top 5 artists<\/a> to the stage to read America\u2019s voting results from the previous night. Team Kelsea Ballerini<\/strong>\u2019s Jaelen Johnston<\/strong> was the runner-up, followed by Team John Legend<\/strong>\u2019s Renzo<\/strong> in third place. He will return for his third consecutive season in the fall of 2025.<\/p>\n Adam was born and raised in South Florida and began playing guitar at 8 years old. As he developed his love of music, he began writing his own songs and singing.<\/p>\n \u201cI think at that point I was just, I was just writing for me. I was very angsty, like I\u2019m angry at my mom type stuff, but I wrote all the time,\u201d he told Deepest Dream<\/em><\/a> in May 2025. \u201cI loved the feeling of the puzzle of finding the right words of what I was trying to say.\u201d<\/p>\n Years before joining The Voice<\/em>, in 2014, Adam even released a four-song EP, aptly titled EP, Vol. 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n Adam began struggling with addiction and leaned on music to help get him through his recovery.
