With the holidays upon us, Ellen DeGeneres is urging people to try and turn a tragedy into some kind of societal triumph.<\/p>\n

Just over a week since Stephen \u2018tWitch\u2019 Boss was found dead<\/a> inside of a Los Angeles hotel room, the comedian \u2014 on whose talk show Boss served as DJ for several years \u2014 has recorded a heartfelt video.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone is in pain and trying to make sense of it, and we\u2019ll never make sense of it,\u201d DeGeneres spoke into her front-facing camera on Friday, December 23.<\/p>\n
