Aubrey O\u2019Day<\/strong><\/a> has confirmed she won\u2019t take the stand to testify against Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs<\/strong><\/a> as his trial continues.<\/p>\n

The music mogul, 55, is currently on trial in New York for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.<\/p>\n

While O\u2019Day is currently in the same city, she said on the Friday, May 16 episode of the \u201cAmy Robach and T.J. Holmes Presents: Aubrey O\u2019Day Covering the Diddy Trial\u201d<\/a> podcast that she won\u2019t be present for legal proceedings despite earlier reports.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not here to testify for the Diddy trial<\/a> that I know of,\u201d O\u2019Day, 41, said on the podcast.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAubrey O\u2019Day seemingly reacted to Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 arrest with a cryptic social media post about justice. \u201cThe purpose of justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter,\u201d the former Danity Kane singer shared via her Instagram Story and X on Monday, September 16, amid news of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Although she is not planning to testify against Diddy<\/a> in court, she did confirm she had met with Homeland Security previously.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was contacted by Homeland Security and I did have a meeting with Homeland Security,\u201d she confirmed.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that O\u2019Day would take to the stand during the trial. O\u2019Day\u2019s social media followers were also convinced this would be the case after she shared a post on Wednesday, May 14 via Instagram that featured a video from New York City.<\/p>\n

\u201cHey New York!!! Where y\u2019all think I should head first?\u201d O\u2019Day captioned the post, and added a weighing scale emoji. The emoji, which often has connotations of justice and the law, led many followers to believe she was hinting at heading to court.<\/p>\n

In the podcast, she explained her reasons behind sharing the post about New York via Instagram.<\/p>\n

\u201cI posted on my Instagram that I was here in New York because I want to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testifying,\u201d she said during the podcast interview.<\/p>\n

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all of the allegations against him.<\/p>\n
