Studios on April 9, 2016 in Burbank, California. <span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Photo by Frazer Harrison\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It was right around this same time that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/03\/jenelle-evans-files-to-separate-david-eason-is-a-drunk-and-a-deadbeat-and-im-done\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evans trashed Eason as a deadbeat<\/a> and a drunk in her separation filing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThroughout the duration of the marriage of the parties, the defendant has exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards the plaintiff,\u201d Evans wrote back then, for example, eventually bringing up the incident that caused the former spouses to lose custody of their kids for about a month years ago:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn May of 2019,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2021\/05\/jenelle-evans-david-eason-beat-and-killed-our-dog-because-thats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Defendant shot and killed the family\u2019s pet<\/a>\u00a0French Bulldog Nugget in front of the minor child.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yup.
