We are pursuing all legal remedies to hold him accountable,\u201d Diaw\u2019s attorney said at the time, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/05\/15\/chris-brown-arrested-england-bottle-throwing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt this time, we will let the facts speak for themselves through the proper legal channels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to legal documents, Brown proceeded to \u201cruthlessly stomp on\u201d Diaw, kicking him in the back of the neck.
