Halle Bailey<\/strong><\/a> filed a temporary domestic violence restraining order against ex-boyfriend DDG<\/strong><\/a>, alleging that she is the victim of ongoing abuse.<\/p>\n

In legal documents filed on Tuesday, May 13, and obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> the following day, Bailey, 25, alleged that DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.<\/strong>) \u201chas been and continues to be physically, verbally, emotionally and financially abusive towards me.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress and DDG, 27, share 16-month-old son Halo, whom Bailey also filed to have \u201cprotected\u201d via the requested court order.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> has reached out to a representative for DDG for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDDG has accused ex Halle Bailey of not allowing him to see their son Halo. \u201c[B]een fighting to see my son for months now\u2026,\u201d DDG, 27, wrote in a since-deleted post made via X on Friday, March 7, as reported by TMZ. \u201cshout out to all the Dads who try their best to be there. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bailey, who dated DDG from 2022 to 2024, also included photos within her filing, which depicted bruises on the Little Mermaid<\/em> actress\u2019 arms and a chipped front tooth.<\/p>\n

Bailey\u2019s declaration detailed a January 18 incident which allegedly involved DDG refusing to tell Bailey when he would return the pair\u2019s son home from an outing with his father. \u201cI felt very nervous that he was taking Halo with him and was very agitated,\u201d Bailey claimed. \u201cI did not feel safe leaving a baby with him in his state. I also wanted to know when he would bring Halo back. He would not tell me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bailey claimed the incident escalated into physical violence. \u201cWe fought each other, wresting [sic] and tussling. At one point, Darryl was pulling my hair. He then slammed my face on the steering wheel, causing my tooth to get chipped,\u201d Bailey wrote in her statement.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFrazer Harrison\/Getty Images UPDATE: 11\/7\/24, 1:45 p.m. ET: Halle Bailey returned to X on Thursday afternoon, November 7, to clarify her comments from the day before, writing that she knows her son Halo is safe with DDG. \u201cYesterday maybe I did overreact and shouldn\u2019t have brought it here,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI know that Halo is [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bailey also detailed a second incident that allegedly took place on March 3. She claimed it involved DDG entering Bailey\u2019s home without her permission. Four days later, Bailey claimed DDG dropped into her home again. \u201cHe became very angry with me,\u201d Bailey wrote. \u201cHe raised his voice and became verbally abusive toward me, hurling bad names at me. He then saw that the Ring camera was recording; he unplugged the Ring camera, opened the side door, and threw the Ring camera out of my home. I went outside to retrieve the Ring camera. He then locked me out of my house.\u201d<\/p>\n

The documents also included Bailey\u2019s request for DDG to stop posting online material regarding both her and the pair\u2019s child. \u201cHe is a YouTube and Twitch Blogger and creates a fan frenzy by making false claims about me,\u201d Bailey alleged. \u201cThis has caused me to feel afraid and victimized. His fans then threaten me. I am often scared for my life and Halo\u2019s safety.\u201d<\/p>\n

Further evidence within the filing included a police report and Bailey\u2019s claims that she has attempted to organize a schedule of care for her child that has not been addressed by DDG.<\/p>\n
